Booker’s Batch 2025-02 “By the Pond” is the second U.S. release in the 2025 Booker’s Bourbon collection, named after Booker Noe’s backyard pond, a place he used for fishing and relaxation.

The batch is aged 7 years, 1 month, and 20 days, and bottled at 126.5 proof. It shows a rich amber color, with notes of vanilla and oak on the nose. The palate is balanced with a touch of sweetness and a smooth, complete finish.

The blend is composed of barrels aged across multiple warehouses, with the largest portion sourced from the sixth floor of warehouse G at Waterfill, alongside smaller contributions from warehouses J, 3, 1, H, K, L, and 4.
