Bernheim Barrel Proof expands the Bernheim range with a premium wheat whiskey bottled at full barrel strength. Produced at the Bernheim Distillery, it is the first wheat whiskey to feature winter wheat as the primary grain, resulting in a soft, sweet profile. Released twice annually, each edition is aged seven to nine years in open-air rickhouses, non-chill filtered, and presented at barrel proof.
