Prichard's Double Barreled Bourbon

Prichard’s Double Barreled Bourbon Whiskey is produced by Prichard’s Distillery in Tennessee, founded by Phil Prichard in 1997. The distillery revived a family whiskey-making tradition that dates to Benjamin Prichard, who operated a still in Tennessee in the early 19th century. The bourbon is made from a mash of white corn, rye, and soft wheat. After fermentation and distillation, it is matured at cask strength in new, charred American oak barrels for up to nine years. The whiskey is then reduced to 90 proof and matured for an additional three to five years in new, charred American oak barrels.
