Starts with two sets of 16-year-old Canadian Rye barrels: one offering bright citrus and green apple notes, the other earthy spearmint. Portions were finished in Apricot Brandy, Martinique Rhum, and Malmsey Madeira casks. These matured flavors were carefully blended to create a rye with grassy aromas, nutty Madeira character, and fresh Rhum Agricole notes. The palate balances rich, oily rye with tropical apricot fruit and maritime minerality, delivering a complex and vibrant finish.
