The 2024 release of The Bardstown Collection by Jim Beam was produced from three barrels aged for 20 years, using the distillery’s standard low-rye mash bill. The barrels were sourced from the first floor of a nine-story rickhouse in Clermont, Kentucky, and the whiskey was bottled at 109 proof. The limited outturn from these barrels resulted in 259 bottles.
