Bardstown Discovery Series No. 5 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

A blend of four aged straight bourbons from Kentucky and Tennessee, crafted to deliver a smooth and distinctive character. The whiskey opens with aromas of ripe cherry, caramel, roasted marshmallow, and a hint of orange zest. On the palate, it offers a rich, rounded mouthfeel with subtle tannins from the older components, finishing warm and inviting. Bottled at cask strength, 104.7 proof, in 750ml format, this release is not available for purchase. The blend combines bourbons aged 6 to 17 years, with mash bills ranging from 74–84% corn, balanced by rye and malted barley.
