The Balvenie is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Dufftown, Scotland, owned by William Grant & Sons. Founded in 1893, it was created by converting the 18th-century Balvenie New House into a working distillery.

This release is Balvenie “Signature” Batch No. 5, a 12-year-old limited edition. It is matured in a combination of sherry butts, first-fill bourbon barrels, and refill bourbon casks, with each cask selected by Malt Master David Stewart.
