Ballindalloch 8 Year 2015 Single Sherry Cask Single Malt Scotch

A rich single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside. Its nose offers dried fruits, toffee, nutmeg, orange zest, and dark chocolate. The palate is velvety, featuring dark cherries, stewed plums, sherry, leather, and smoky oak. The long finish leaves traces of spiced fruitcake and a fading sweetness. Matured in a single sherry butt (#114) and bottled in March 2024, only 648 bottles are available.
