Adrien Camut Reserve d'Adrien Calvados du Pays d'Auge

Produced at Domaine de Semainville in Normandy, France, by seventh-generation distillers Jean-Michel, Emmanuel, and Jean-Gabriel Camut, this Calvados Pays d'Auge is crafted exclusively from estate-grown apples, including heritage varieties from traditional high-stem orchards. The cider is fermented in wood, twice distilled in wood-fired copper pot stills, and aged for 35–40 years in older Limousin oak casks. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers rich notes of browned butter, walnut rancio, candied apple, black tea, dried citrus, and gentle spice on the finish.
