Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whisky (2025 Release)

The inaugural 2025 Star Hill Farm Whisky is Maker’s Mark’s first American wheat whisky. It combines two mashbills—one with 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and another made entirely from malted soft red winter wheat. Produced using regenerative farming and careful aging, it is the first in the Maker’s Mark portfolio to earn Estate Whiskey Certification from the Estate Whiskey Alliance®. Bottled at 114.7 proof, it offers rich caramel, honeyed toffee, and subtle spice notes.
