Macallan 'Double Cask' 18 Year Single Malt Scotch - 2025 Release

The Macallan Double Cask Collection is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned American oak and European oak casks. The casks are crafted and seasoned in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, before being used for maturation. The interaction of the two oak types, along with the influence of sherry seasoning, contributes natural color and a balanced flavor profile, resulting in a smooth and layered single malt. The collection has also been presented through a creative collaboration with artist David Carson, highlighting the role of sherry-seasoned oak in the whisky’s development.
