Heaven Hill 'Heritage Collection' 19 Year Wheat Whiskey

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2025 Edition features a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey, non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof. This release consists of 277 barrels from the fifth and sixth floors of rickhouse Y, all produced in August and September of 2005. The mashbill includes 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley. Part of Heaven Hill's Heritage Collection, this whiskey highlights the craftsmanship and tradition of nearly 90 years of whiskey-making, with new editions released each spring, showcasing the distillery’s oldest barrel stocks.
