2023 Raoul Gautherin & Fils Chablis Vieilles Vignes

Produced from a selection of Raoul Gautherin's Chablis vineyards, many of which are over 35 years old, this cuvée is fermented in stainless steel before aging for 12 to 15 months in second- and third-fill oak barrels to preserve the wine's distinctive Chablis character. The result is a mineral-driven wine with notes of citrus, orchard fruit, chamomile, and subtle oak, supported by bright acidity and a long, balanced finish.
