2020 Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

"Vibrant red-purple pigment is dark with a medium depth. Lifted, fresh raspberry aromas combine with cinnamon, vanilla, licorice, & coffee notes. The rich, warming palate shows lifted red-fruit, sweet-spices & cocoa. The tannic structure slightly drying & cedary. The finish has mulberry fruit & chocolatey/cocoa notes. Warming alcohol is most noticeable on the attack. Balanced acid & high alcohol should allow the wine to age for 10 years." - 03/23 DCAMW
