2018 Sire Estate Houyi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

"The 2018 Houyi Vineyard Cabernet has a massive structure. The wine is black, dark and massive with intense layers. Very concentrated with a core of fruit surrounded by tannins. Very dark blackcurrant, wild blackberry, spices, sage and layers of fine ripe red fruit. Tannins are compact and tight, harmonious together and showing youth and aging potential. The oak tannins are fully integrated and adds to the spice’s expression in the texture." Notes from the Winemakers
