Crafted solely from Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Calistoga is a deep garnet-purple hue. It opens with savory aromas of sautéed herbs, beef drippings, and truffles, surrounding a core of crème de cassis, baked plums, and mulberries. Full-bodied, rich, and concentrated, it features a robust structure of firm, velvety tannins, complemented by earthy undertones to the decadent black fruit. The finish is long and layered. Limited production with 330 cases crafted.
