Hudson Whiskey Baby Bourbon is a New York–produced bourbon made from 100% locally grown corn. It is aged in small, charred American oak barrels, which increase wood contact and accelerate maturation. Bottled at 92 proof and left unfiltered, it reflects a fuller-bodied style. As one of the first legally distilled bourbons in New York since Prohibition in the United States, it represents the state’s modern whiskey revival.
