2018 Faethm Fingers Crossed White Wine

A rich, powerful white wine, revealing a captivating nose of buttered almonds, caramelized lemons, brioche, and toasted spices. Freshly bottled, it's opulent and concentrated on the palate, flawlessly balanced—a powerful yet elegant white. The blend of 72% Roussanne, 24% Chardonnay, and 4% Viognier, aged in 75% new French oak, bears a resemblance to Beaucastel's Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc Vieilles Vignes. While enjoyable in the next 3-5 years, its potential for longer evolution is not surprising. Drink 2020-2025.
