2018 Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards 'Eloge'

"The Eloge is a Bordeaux-inspired Napa red blend, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. It offers rich depth typical of Napa wines, but with a unique red fruit finish. Red fruit dominates the palate and nose, with notes of black cherry, stewed red cherries, and red currants, complemented by earthy tones of forest floor and smoky leather. Spices like green cardamom, cumin, and ginger add complexity, while a light floral hint lingers on the nose. Best enjoyed in 3-4 years, it has aging potential exceeding two decades." - Winemaker Notes
