"The 2017 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru displays a little more intensity than the Les Referts, presenting a mélange of fresh citrus fruit, pineapple and orange blossom scents, plus hints of crushed limestone underneath. The palate is beautifully delineated, spicy and vibrant, revealing orange peel and hints of white pepper toward the involving and very persistent finish. An outstanding Puligny, but it will need longer cellaring than the Les Referts." - 93/100 Vinous
