"This cuvée is made up of Climats Bressandes, Teurons and Cent Vignes. Each terroir brings a strong identity: Cent Vignes, with its deep clays, stands for structure, Bressandes for balance and finesse (lighter, more calcareous clays) and Teurons for salinity (rocky marls fairly close to the surface). The wine is often full-bodied on the attack, but evolves towards finesse on the mid-palate and finish." - Domaine des Hospices de Beaune
