This Van Winkle Family Reserve rye, released in 2012, is presumed to have been distilled at Medley in Owensboro and blended with 1980s-distilled "Cream of Kentucky" rye from George T. Stagg before being tanked at Buffalo Trace in 2004. The remaining reserves ran out in 2016, with a new batch distilled at Buffalo Trace first bottled in 2018.
