"The Cabernet Sauvignons started with the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate, a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, aged 22 months in 100% new French oak. This is a beautiful wine, as most of the top 2012s tend to be, with a dramatic and accessible, fragrant nose of blackberry and cassis, some licorice, new oak and spice.
