2007 Gerard Raphet Chambertin Clos-de-Beze Grand Cru

"Gérard Raphet, a family-owned winery in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy, has produced wines for four generations since the 1920s. They specialize in Pinot Noir from mature vines, including grand cru vineyards like Clos de Vougeot and Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze. Spanning over 12 hectares, their vineyards are tended by hand using lutte raisonnée principles.
