2003 Ca' del Bosco Cuvee Annamaria Clementi Rose

The 2003 Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Rosé by Ca’ del Bosco is an Extra Brut Franciacorta made entirely from Pinot Nero, sourced from three vineyards averaging 23 years in age. Harvested in late August, the grapes underwent 36 hours of skin contact to achieve its deep pink color and aromatic finesse. Each of the four base wines was vinified separately in small oak casks, with seven months of fermentation and conditioning. After blending and bottling in March 2004, the wine aged on lees for seven years, developing remarkable balance and complexity. Alcohol: 12.5%.
