"Clos Saint Julien, managed by Catherine Papon-Nouvel of Vignobles J.J. Nouvel, is a recognized Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé. The 1.2-hectare vineyard, planted with 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot, yields around 2500 bottles annually. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in oak, and aged in 100% new French oak barrels.
