"Pale ruby / brick. Beautifully perfumed nose of dried cranberries, violets, cinnamon and a hint of aniseed. In the mouth this is a superbly structured Burgundy with crisp acidity sustaining the length of the palate and a medium+ level of very finely grained tannins.
