$234.99 $249.00

Bruichladdich Distillery, founded in 1881 on Islay’s Rhinns near Loch Indaal, was revived in 2001 with much of its original Victorian equipment restored. The limited Sinnsear release—named for the Gaelic word meaning “ancestor” and created by Jim McEwan to honor Bruichladdich’s pioneers who burned the first spirit in 1880—features a historic label showing the distillery staff shortly after opening. This exclusive bottling, limited to 1,000 bottles, includes Jim McEwan’s original signature on each bottle. Bruichladdich offers tours and participates in the annual Fèis Ìle festival.
