Domaine Dujac, founded by Jacques Seysses in 1967 with its first vintage in 1969, is a renowned Burgundy estate now run by his sons Jeremy and Alec, along with Jeremy’s wife Diana. Initially based on 4.5 hectares in Morey-Saint-Denis, the domaine expanded into prestigious sites like Échezeaux, Bonnes Mares, Chambertin, Romanée St. Vivant, and Malconsorts. Known for whole-cluster fermentation and 100% new oak until 1999, Dujac now manages top parcels in Clos de la Roche and Clos Saint-Denis, with vines averaging 45–50 years of age.
