The Karuizawa 1981 Single Cask #6207 is a rare Japanese single malt whisky distilled in 1981 at the now-closed Karuizawa distillery. It was bottled in September 2011 by Number One Drinks Company at a cask strength of 58.3% ABV from a sherry butt cask. Only 543 bottles were produced. This bottling is part of Karuizawa's final releases before the distillery ceased operations in 2001.
