Bunnahabhain 40 Years Old Rare Find 1980 is a limited-edition Islay single malt, distilled in 1980 and matured in a refill sherry butt for four decades before being bottled in 2020 at cask strength, by the Gleann Mór Spirits Company for its Rare Find range. Founded in 1881, Bunnahabhain sources its water from the Margadale Spring, with production beginning in 1883. Now owned by Distell, the distillery is known for long-aged, unpeated expressions, and this release represents one of its most mature and collectible bottlings.
