After taking over bottling in 1980, Macallan experimented with age statements, ultimately launching the official 18-Year, which has since become a classic in the whisky world. Part of the Sherry Oak range, this whisky is matured in hand-picked sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, offering a full-bodied palate of mature oak, ginger, and raisin, complemented by its rich mahogany color.
