Cadenhead's 'Kinclaith Distillery' 18 Year Single Malt Scotch - 1970's Vintage

Kinclaith Distillery, located in Glasgow, operated as a Lowland malt distillery from 1957 until its closure in 1975. Built within the Strathclyde grain distillery complex, it produced malt whisky primarily for blending, with very few official single malt releases, making surviving examples increasingly rare.

This 18-year-old expression was distilled at Kinclaith and bottled by Wm Cadenhead’s, Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, at 46% ABV. Presented in the classic dumpy bottle format, it reflects Cadenhead’s traditional style and represents a scarce single malt from a closed distillery.
